BC sockeye salmon holds a well-deserved reputation as one of the most flavourful fish species on the market. The trademark bright red flesh of the sockeye signifies its bold, crisp flavour, and can be eaten raw (as sashimi), smoked, or cooked.

Fraser Valley Sustainable Seafood is the only producer with the ability to raise freshwater sockeye salmon to a 5 lb size as a food fish.

Our farmed sockeye is available fresh from December through March each year and frozen year round.

Our fish are grown in natural spring freshwater with a 100% natural diet and no chemical additives , including antibiotics or vaccines.
