Dr. Lawrence (Larry) Albright
Larry is an aquaculture expert and has been operating the fish farm since 2000. Larry is passionate about developing inland farmed Sockeye salmon, and as far as we know, he is the only person in the world that is and has been successfully doing this. Dr. Albright has published many research papers on fish farming, if you have any questions about how it works, Larry is the person to ask.
Richard Henly
With a vision on how to sustainably provide the local community with fresh fish, Richard purchased the farm in 1999. Although there were many doubters along the way, Richard has worked tirelessly to support partner, Lawrence Albright, in making inland fish farming a reality. Richard loves being at the farm and is our go-to guy when we want to get things done.
Sophie Viswanathan
Sophie and Richard met in 2009 and ever since, Sophie has fallen in love with the fish farm. Sophie is a high school teacher who is passionate about the environment. Sophie just completed her Master’s degree in environmental education through Royal Roads University. She is hoping to turn her project of hosting environmental field trips at the farm into a reality in the coming years.
Anqi Yuan
Anqi has been working at the farm for the last few years and is our up-and-coming young expert. She has almost completed her master’s in Biology with a focus on aquaculture through Simon Fraser University. Anqi loves farm life and is continuously growing her knowledge on the subject.Visit Our Online Store
